2 oz Cardamom / Ginger infused Gin*
2 oz Fresh Asian Pear Juice
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
1/8 tsp Vanilla bean paste
Dash of Orange bitters
*infuse a 175ml bottle of premium Gin with 1 cup candied ginger and one cardamom pod for 2 weeks. Strain and re-bottle.
